If you buy a hearing aid from us and find the same product
selling for less at a store within a 10 mile radius of your
nearest David Ormerod Hearing Centre, let us know
within 14 days. Simply supply a written quote for the same aid and
equivalent service and we will match the price. Prices are not
guaranteed against online hearing aid purchases since these prices
do not reflect the full range of inclusive services provided by
David Ormerod Hearing Centres.
- All offers are exclusive to current Hearingcare Priority Club
Members and only available on presentation of a valid membership
card or quotation of a valid membership number.
- Batteries are half the full list single pack price at time of
order and discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other
offer or bulk order discount.
- 15% accessory discount applies to the full list price at time
of order cannot to be used in conjunction with any other
offer.
- Warranty discount only available on hearing aids under 5 years
old. Clean and check excludes NHS hearing aids.
- 10% discount on hearing aid purchase applies to full list price
at time of order and excludes Hearplus. Cannot be used in

- We retain the right to vary the terms available to members at

with a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. This does
not affect your statutory rights.
Our guarantee covers your hearing aid(s) against malfunction,
breakdown and faulty workmanship for 60 months from date of
purchase. The guarantee does not cover items such as ear
moulds, receivers, remote controls or blue tooth accessories.
Repairs or re-shells required due to misuse, accidental damage
or loss of hearing aid are not covered by the guarantee and would
be chargeable. In addition faults due to unauthorized repairs, wax
or moisture are not covered by the guarantee.
Nothing in these conditions will reduce your statutory rights
relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further
information about your statutory rights contact your local Trading
Standards Service or Citizens Advice Bureau.
