Hearing aid repair service
All our digital hearing aids come with a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee*. Minor
repairs to your hearing aids and ear moulds may be completed on the same day at
your local David Ormerod Hearing Centre, although in certain circumstances you
may need to leave your hearing aids with us. Repairs, which cannot be carried
out on the premises, will be sent back to the manufacturer and returned to the
centre within 10 working days.
Depending on your hearing loss and hearing aid availability, we may have
loan hearing aids which you can use if your hearing aids are returned to the
manufacturer for repair. Ask your hearing aid audiologist for further
information.
Non David Ormerod Hearing Centre Clients
We do offer a repair service for clients who require assistance with hearing
aids not originally purchased from David Ormerod Hearing Centres; contact your
local centre for further details.
Please note: DOHC cannot honour any warranty arrangements for aids prescribed
for another customer or for aids purchased elsewhere unless there is a specific
manufacturers warranty confirmed by that manufacturer.
*Premium range hearing aids come with 5-year guarantee.
