Hearing tests and the 'prescribing' and fitting of hearing aids is regulated by the Health Professions Council (HPC) who set high standards of training, development and professional conduct for all healthcare practitioners. All our Hearing Aid Audiologists are highly qualified and are registered with the HPC. But it doesn't stop there. Continuous professional development programmes ensure they are always up to date in technical developments, knowledge and expertise. So, whichever DOHC store you visit, you can be completely confident that you will receive a consistently high level of care and service.

The service model and patient care offered by DOHC has been approved by many NHS Trusts across the country with whom we work in partnership. We're also actively engaged with the NHS in developing new national quality standards.  A team of professionally qualified assessors conduct regular quality clinical audits on a sample of client records from all DOHC Hearing Aid Audiologists to ensure high standards are maintained.
